The technical repair time is approximately 24-48 hours once we receive the device. The complete process, including pick-up and return, usually takes between 3-5 working days depending on your location within the peninsula.
Our 6-month warranty covers any defects in the repairs carried out or components replaced. If the same problem reoccurs within the warranty period, we will repair your device at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
